Porphyry Point Lighthouse is best seen from the water. Great Lakes Lighthouse Keepers Association occasionally offers cruises to Isle Royale that may pass by this lighthouse. The lighthouse is owned by the Canadian Coast Guard. Grounds open, tower closed.
