Bring your yoga practice to Terra Cotta Conservation Area for a classical hatha yoga program in the warmth and comfort of the Watershed Learning Centre, immersed in the natural beauty of the Niagara Escarpment. This yoga program is suitable of all skill levels and will guide you through a series of yoga postures as well as breath awareness.
This program is suitable for ages 14 years and up. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please bring your own mat.
Cost is $18 per person per date. Fee includes HST and park admission. Registration is required. A discount is available for Credity Valley Conservation Parks Members. Please email info@humansinnature.com with your name, parks pass number, and type of parks pass (i.e. Individual or Family and Friend) to receive a discount code.

Programs may be cancelled if severe weather is expected during the program time.
