Join a certified Nature Therapy Guide for a walk through the woods and experience some of the benefits of spending time in nature. This guided walk through Terra Cotta Conservation Area’s trails will introduce you to a variety of practices that will help you release stress and rejuvenate! This will be a gentle, mindful and engaging walk. Please come out and absorb all the benefits the great outdoors has to offer!
This program is suitable for ages 14 years and up. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please make sure you dress according to the weather. You are welcome to explore the park before and after the program.
Cost is $26 per person per date. Fee includes HST and park admission. Registration is required. A discount is available for Credit Valley Conservation Parks Members. Please email info@humansinnature.com with your name, parks pass number, and type of parks pass (i.e. Individual or Family and Friend) to receive a discount code.
