Dear Parents,
We are pleased to announce this year's Children's October Conference.
This is a pre-registration for all the children attending the conference aged 2
years old - Grade 8.
There will be NO
trip this conference. There will only be a trip for Exodus (Grade 6,7,8). However, there will be a carnival for JK/SK - Grade 5! Date to be announced!
We encourage all to register even if you are not sure you are coming to the conference. This will allow the ministry to be ready, if you decide to come, with the registration process.
This registration process will help us avoid line-ups at the registration table for each meeting. The system is the same as last conference’s registration process.

Step 1Register online

It will require the first and last name of the
parents ( First section)

child/children (second section)

It will require the parent's email address

It will require allergy specifications (if any)

Step 2You will receive confirmation. Step 3
Once you arrive at the conference, please visit the registration table to pick up your child's/children's
wrist band
and tickets for each meeting.
Step 4
The children will receive a bracelet with their name and number on it which will also be on the badge in case we need to contact the parents during the meetings. Once the number is displayed on the screen, parents will have to head to the registration table.
Note: the bracelet is to be kept on the child during the duration of the conference.

Cost: $9 per person, per game
Time: each game 40 mins in length

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Class for JK/SK will start with the meeting, and supervision will be available
during laying of hands.- Class for ages 2-3 will start after worship, and end with the meeting (no supervision during laying of hands).
Information for Saturday and Sunday Night (JK-Grade 5)- There will be supervision during laying of hands only to JK/SK and Grades 1-5.

Please note: registration is the same for ages 2 and grades 6-7-8. Any children who are 2 years old have to follow this registration process. Any children part of Exodus will also have to follow this registration process.
**Snacks will
NOT
