Looking for a fun-filled, family activity with your four-legged friend? If you are, come out to Arrowhead Provincial Park this winter and give Skijoring a try.

Skijoring is cross-country skiing with a dog. Skiers provide power with skis & poles while a dog provides additional power by pulling ahead. It's a blast! This winter, The SportLab will be hosting four Skijoring Events at Arrowhead.

Start is the Birches parking lot.

Raven's Watch will be loaning out the necessary harness equipment for both skiers and dogs.  If you find you & your dog enjoy skijoring, Raven's Watch will also have gear available for purchase. 

Skijoring is FREE with your Park Permit and Ski Pass!

Don't have a dog? No problem! You can reserve on of The SportLab's furry friends to try the sport out. Ski Rentals are available at the Park.

To ensure everyone has a great experience, registration for these Skijoring Events is required.
