AGENDA:

6:00-6:15 - REGISTRATION

6:15-6:30 - INTRODUCTIONS & RAFFLES OF DOOR PRIZES Everyone in the room gets 30 seconds to tell the group their name & business & one special fact about themselves or business. Then we will have a draw for several door prizes. Then the fun really begins....

6:30-8:00 - SPEED NETWORKING. There will be two lines of chairs, facing toward each other so people will be paired with a partner. The bell rings and you will have 6 minutes to share and learn about each other's business. Each person should take 3 minutes to share what you do. Soon the bell rings indicating it's time for the line to move, thus you will now be paired with the next person. After 1.5 hrs you will have met & shared your business with 18 different people.

8:00-9:00 - OPEN SOCIAL HOUR- After the last line switch is over it is time for the open social. Walk around and chat with anyone you want & help yourself to the refreshments/food. By this time the room is relaxed, the mood is jovial and everyone is feeling comfortable because you now know many other people in the room. You can followup with someone you have already met, or strike up a conversation with someone new.

*Light refreshments will be served and there is a display table to put your marketing materials.
