Philosophy, Yoga & Meditation Join for an evening of connection and self inquiry as we harness the heightened energies of the new moon and partial solar eclipse. This class will shed light into the depths of the unconscious mind which usually remains inaccessible. The mind holds buried thoughts, emotions and our collective human experiences that unknowingly drive our daily lives. The eclipse's potent energy will assist you to face and release long buried patterns and shed light on how they've created a veil over experiencing your best self. We will work with developing self compassion, being a 'witness' to our present experience and honouring ourselves along the way.

We will talk about some esoteric reflections on these events, the whys and hows to set the tone and intention for our yoga practice. Our cultivation of breath and connection to self inquiry will carry us into our guided meditation. We gather and support each other in order to dissolve past conditioning, ancestral karma and tap into our best selves.

*The new moon is a time in the lunar month where the mind is particularly quiet. It is therefore considered beneficial to dedicate additional time to internal practices such as meditation, self-inquiry and yoga. This new moon is accompanied by a partial solar eclipse, making any spiritual practices much more potent.This occurrence is completing a cycle from the full solar eclipse in August and the full lunar eclipse on Jan 31st.*
