Day 1: The Fundamentals of Campus Recruiting

Campus Recruiting Fundamentals is the only comprehensive training program for professionals wishing to increase their expertise and advance their careers in campus recruiting.

Designed for professionals with less than 5 years experience in campus recruiting, the program covers a broad range of content from building your business case to on-boarding your new hires - and everything in between.

All participants will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the program.

Day 2: Campus Recruiting Trends & Best Practices

This is the "core program" of the Campus Recruiting Forum; it features presentations by experienced campus recruiters, researchers, and campus professionals. A wide range of best practices and innovations will be discussed and participants are encouraged to ask questions and share their experiences to ensure their specific challenges are explored.

This day is for everyone involved in hiring students from university and college campuses regardless of experience level. This includes individuals involved in human resources and talent management strategy, campus recruiters, and front-line hiring managers.
