Angela Dawson has over 8 years experience in compensation at the global level, focused mainly in the high tech space. She has experience building and executing compensation strategies and frameworks. A strong understanding of the market, and a passion to disrupt and go against the grain has allowed her to develop innovate solutions. Angela currently leads the Compensation team at Shopify responsible for all areas of comp; Exec comp, sales comp, market analytics, global salary & equity framework design globally, and pay equity compliance.
