Join us at the "Heart to Heart" women empowerment brunch where the theme is "GLOW UP". Many women go through distressing and sometimes traumatic life events yet; they do not have the proper outlet, circle of friends, sisters, mentors and/or community to voice and express their emotions in a healthy way. The purpose of Heart to Heart is to provide a safe space for women across the Greater Toronto Area to come together, congregate, connect and dialogue with intention about ALL matters of the heart It will also be an opportunity to share the love of Christ and to teach women about purpose, self-confidence, self-love as well as how to evolve, transform and become the best versions of themselves (GLOW UP) !
