Hamilton's first Waterworks pays tribute to the socialand working life of the early industrial revolution andthe spirit of Canada's "Ambitious City". The museumpreserves the oldest surviving Canadian-built 70-tonstationary steam engines - one of which is set in motiondaily for demonstration purposes. Experience on-demandguided tours and special events for the whole familyincluding drop-in programming during Family Day,March Break and Christmas, and Live Steamer Days inpartnership with the Golden Horseshoe Live Steamersfrom May through October.
