Other species migrate through including the magnificent Osprey, Great White Egret and Black-Crowned Night Heron. The Marsh is home to many species of amphibians and reptiles including American Toads, Spring Peepers, Painted and Snapping Turtles. Common mammals include Beavers, Muskrats, Red Fox, Eastern Chipmunks and Little Brown Bats. Interpretive signage along the trails enhances the excursion.
