Pickeral Lake, Willow Pond and Bass Lake, the three ponds located in the conservation area, are excellent examples of gravel pit rehabilitation, with deep rocky bottoms and pronounced shorelines. The park features 100 unserviced campsites, along with a food concession booth, shady picnic areas, canoe rentals, a small sandy beach and unsupervised swimming area. Parking and access to the Waterford Heritage Trail, a section of the Trans Canada Trail is nearby. Enjoy Black Bridge, a 166-metre long, high level bridge with panoramic views of the Waterford Ponds. Waterford North Conservation Area is owned and operated by Long Point Region Conservation Authority.
