Simcoe Island can be reached by cable ferry from Wolfe Island, which can be reached by the Wolfe Island/Kingston ferry from Canada or by Horne's Ferry from the United States. Once on Simcoe Island, drive to the southwest corner of the island, and you can view Nine Mile Point Lighthouse from beyond the fence that surrounds the property. The lighthouse is owned by the Canadian Coast Guard. Grounds/tower closed.
