| Description | The 10th annual Sweethearts for SickKids will take place to honour Luke Holmes, a little boy with a big heart. Sadly, Luke passed away from congenial heart disease just before he turned two. This year would have been his 12th birthday. In celebration of his life and love, his parents, Carolyn and Troy, and brothers, Zak, Max, and Jackson invite the community to decorate and enjoy a heart-shaped cookie in support of the Cardiac Critical Care Unit (CCCU) at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), where Luke received treatment. By raising funds for the CCCU, the Holmes family hopes that other children with congenital heart defects will be able to live long, healthy, happy lives.... |
