Overlap Associates invites you to attend the film screening of There’s Hope in the Fight, the first volume of films in the Better is Possible Project. There’s Hope in the Fight is a series of intimate and inspiring mini-documentaries about six very different people facing their own personal struggles and how they are fuelling change. You’ll meet Max, Lisa, Clarence, Umi, Rada, and Zahra, and share in their journey of resilience, courage, bravery, and strength. Join as we celebrate their stories and share in what it means to be human. We'll also hear from none other than Don Ferguson, founding member of the comedy troupe the Royal Canadian Air Farce, about the power of stories and how they can be used to build empathy and compassion.
