We invite you to participate in an exclusive workshop on team effectiveness, led by Stanford Professors Lindred Greer and Hayagreeva (Huggy) Rao, author of Market Rebels and Scaling Up Excellence. Effective teamwork is at the heart of successful startups. We've all heard how much of an impact company culture makes on business success. So how do you get everybody in the same boat, rowing in the same direction?To participate in the workshop and the study there are some prerequisites: Teams attending must bring their full team to the workshop (these sessions are best suited for startups with 2-10 people) Teams must fill in a short survey during the session and a short (around 5 minutes) follow-up survey later in the Spring.
