FREE EVENT! Registration required. Join a certified Nature Therapy Guide for a walk through the woods and learn about some of the health benefits of spending time in nature. This guided hike through Huron Natural Area’s trails will introduce you to a variety of practices that will help you release stress and rejuvenate! The roots of this program stem from the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, also known as “forest bathing”. This will be a gentle and engaging hike with health-promoting activities such as mindful breathing and gentle stretching. Please come out and absorb all the benefits the great outdoors has to offer!
