Through dance, drama, music, and film this show takes us on a tour through time, revisiting favourite moments, and honoring the role The Academy has played in fostering talent in our community. The Academy Theatre: A History features a roster of local talent including student and community actors, Triple Threat Theatre, The Lindsay Dance Studio, The Kawartha Male Chorus, The Riverside Barbershop Quartet, James Ursel and Friends, The Ken Atkinson Dance Company, The Central Senior Choir, violinist Ian Morrison, as well as soloist Sophia Mackey. Join us for an unforgettable showcase of performances paying tribute to this special place.
