| Description | Mondays and Thursdays for the months of September to June (Rain or Shine). This is a drop-in program where no registration is required and admission is free. The club runs from September to June on Mondays and Thursdays at the Angus Arena, from 8:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Come out to meet new people, have fun, and best of all get your body moving! Rain or shine, strut your stuff to 50's and 60's music. This program is great for a cardio workout, and for those suffering from arthritis.
