For those visiting from over seas and require a Notarized Invitation letter, please purchase this option have a customized invitation letter made for you and notarized by our lawyers. These letters can be used to apply for visitor visas into Canada for the purpose of visiting The Gem Expo.

Price includes 3 day pass for The Gem Expo.

Once purchased, please the following information to info@thegemexpo.com:

• Date of show you want to attend
• Copy of your passport
• Name
• Date of Birth
• Passport Number
• Date of Issue
• Date of Expiry
• Business Name
• Business Address
• Address to courier the notarized letter to if you choose the Letter plus Courier option.
• Phone nuber (if requsting courier delivery)

You will also receive a digital copy of the letter as soon as its available. Select mail or courier if you need the original copies.

You Must purchase the Visa Invitation Letter which includes electronic scanned copy of your letter.

Some Visa Offices requrire original signed and notarized letters for Visa applications (check with your local office). If you want an original signed and notarized paper copy, please also choose International Courier (arrives in about 7 days) or International Regular Mail (arrives in 4 weeks). Do not choose regular mail if ther is less than two months remaining for the show you and to attend as there will not be enough time to obtain your Visa approval, choose the International Courier instead.
