DetailsKids ages nine to 15 will join Chef Susan in the kitchen making recipes (averaging nine per day) from scratch. Instruction is given in recipe and label reading, knife skills, kitchen and food safety and enjoying everything they make. Each junior chef receives an apron and cookbook of recipes. Class is limited to 12 participants. Camps run July 3 to 6*, July 30 to August 3, and August 20 to 24. A 10 per cent discount is offered to second child in family.
