Come join me every Tuesday in July and August, 2018 from 5-6pm for a FREE 1-hour yoga class in beautiful Stewart Park. Classes will take place next to the Millennium Gates, across from the Mill Street Playground (or in the Bandshell if raining). This will be a fun, light-hearted yoga class that is suitable for all levels of student. Please bring your own mat or beach towel, lots of water, and anything else you require to be comfortable. Let's enjoy the summer together! Please spread the word, everyone is welcome.
