Chronic Disease Prevention Managers and Directors!!

Join us for our annual Ontario Chronic Disease Prevention Management in Public Health (OCDPMPH) meeting. This years meeting for directors and managers working in the area of chronic disease prevention will be Thursday November 15th from 8:30 to 3pm, following OPHA"s fall forum event. Both the fall forum and the OCDPMPH meeting will be held at the Chestnut conference centre conveniently located across from the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton. Registration for the meeting will be $125.00/person and includes light snacks in the morning and lunch.

Please register by October 31st, 2018 to ensure the proper room size is booked for this meeting. Hotel rooms will need to be booked separately. Book soon in order to secure the government rate at nearby DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton. The full agenda will include an update from Public Health Ontario (PHO); a presentation by Cancer Care Ontario on the Prevention System Quality Index health equity report; and opportunities for discussions and sharing on processes and tools for planning, the changing landscape and approaches to chronic disease prevention and new and emerging topics.
