Palak Loizides: Founder of Embiria. Palak parted ways with corporate business and marketing for companies like Kraft Foods, RBC, Indigo Head Office and TIFF after 10 years to launch her own company Embiria (Greek for "Experience"), which curates bespoke experiences in the areas of creativity and wellness. From Calligraphy Workshops, to Yoga x Brunch, Cooking Classes and more, Embiria aims to bring together a community of like-minded individuals over meaningful activities. Palak is deeply passionate about creating authentic connections, and living a life of balance over hustle. She is also an avid traveler (exploring around 10 countries a year), a bookworm, a yoga and barre enthusiast, always on the hunt for great brunch, and creator of the Cookbook Club where a group of women meet monthly in each other's homes over delicious food and real conversations.

Stephen Shedletzky: Head of Brand Voice, Igniter Simon Sinek"s team at Start With Why. Stephen engages people in meaningful ways so that we connect with depth and live in a more fulfilled world. He started with Simon Sinek"s team in 2012 by answering fan email and now leads Brand Voice. Stephen is committed to ensuring that the Start With Why team and those they serve live their WHY - their Just Cause - from the inside out. He is a dynamic speaker and facilitator who keynotes, leads workshops and coaches leaders and organizations to discover, articulate and live their WHY. Stephen lives in Toronto, Canada with his wife and daughter.
