Description | Soundbath+ is a series of monthly sound healing events with foundation in sound healing AND MORE!
During each event we offer a different intention and inspiration for our gathering and we also feature guest practitioners and our community members' healing skills, making it a collaborative experience by ourselves for ourselves.
WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
Soundbath is an experience where specifically tuned instruments are used for creation of deep state of relaxation, harmonizing our bodies and minds.
It is a journey guided by sound, which takes you into a meditative or entranced state where deep emotional processing and release can occur, deep-seated stress can be released and the spirit can travel unobstructed.
NOVEMBER 9th and 16th: Soundbath+ (Manual Therapy) with Zeena Dotiwalla Note: November 9th SOLD OUT ; tickets still available for Nov 16th
"Osteopathy is a manual science that uses specific anatomy, physiology and bio-mechanics to discover how a problem came about and uses manual techniques to help a body regain balance and auto-regulation." Daryl Hochman
Like most natural therapies, osteopathy focuses on freeing-up restrictions maintained in the body, and regaining general vitality. One may call osteopathic manual practitioners "engineers of the body", using a variety of techniques such as cranio-sacral therapy, myofascial release, oscillations, energetic and fluidic balancing, amongst others, to treat a being. Pairing the two healing modalities of sound and touch, a harmonious effect towards attaining a deeper state relaxation and well-being will be facilitated.
