As problem-solvers, we"re continually driven by our need to innovate and change for the greater good. This is what makes us leaders. We"re constantly seeking out solutions and challenging the norm. However, not everyone has the same understanding of what a "leader" is nor do they believe that they have capacity to develop leadership skills. This month, we've decided to devote our coffee club discussion to "leadership development".We"re going discuss:

What does "leadership" mean to you?
How do you develop/ enhance leadership skills?
What makes a great leader?
Your experiences with competitive and collaborative leadership styles
How do we balance the feminine and masculine qualities within us in a male-dominated industry?

Coffee Club will take place from 2pm - 4pm at Creeds Coffee Bar (located close to Dupont Subway station). If you've never been to one of our Coffee Club events before, that's okay, we'd love to meet you! Autumn is here so all the more reason to come on down and grab a warm cup of coffee!
