About Nick |
Nick is a certified sommelier within the Court of Master Sommelier and recipient of the Walter Clore Scholarship, awarded to the Sommelier who achieved the highest mark in the certification exam.
He has working in restaurants in both Australia and Canada and over the last five years he has been studying wine with Master Sommelier, Bruce Wallner.

He has a love of Italian wine and is always looking for a new and interesting wine to drink. He believes wine should feel easy to learn about and always be fun!
