Hey Soul Babe,

The Goddess Circle is a space of radical realness, honesty, and soul connection with our spirit sisters on the same path to grow, elevate themselves, and make an impact in the world.

This is a community of the most incredible, open-hearted, and vibrant of all different backgrounds that meet regularly for these Circles to connect, inspire and support one another in living our soul's highest potential. As a result of connecting in and declaring their intentions to a group of other women, community members have had the courage to navigate relationship changes, job transitions, and cultivate the life of their dreams. If soul chats, high vibes and sister support sound like your jam, you've found your people.

The format follows the same flow - I share a different theme based upon what's happening in the universe right now, and lead us through guided self-reflection journaling time, then we share about where we're at and what we're working with right now, I guide us through a meditation and some gentle movement, and then we do some energy healing before coming up with and declaring our intentions for the coming month.
