Chef David Friesen is at the forefront of the SAVOUR Muskoka movement to incorporate local ingredients in menu planning. His unique talents were quickly uncovered by the prestigious Relais & Châteaux organization where he completed his apprenticeship and worked for another six years. In Toronto his distinctive west coast imprint influenced several fine establishments including North 44, Terra Restaurant, Pusateri’s Fine Foods where he launched their fine dining catering division to great acclaim and the Liberty Entertainment Group.
