Immerse yourself in living history at Black Creek Pioneer Village! Meet tradespeople printing on printing presses, chat with the doctor about medical ailments and cures, card wool and see it transformed into yarn on a spinning wheel, pick a character in our Class of '67 game and move throughout the Village making choices that the character would face in the 1860s, or experience one of our many Special Event weekends throughout the year like Pirates & Princesses, Battle of Black Creek, Howling Hootenanny or Pioneer Harvest Festival to name but a few!

Come experience a brewery as it would have been in the mid-1800s! Located in the Historic Halfway House at Black Creek Pioneer Village, the Black Creek Brewery brews handcrafted ales like those enjoyed in Ontario"s country villages around the 1860s. Enjoy samples of the ales brewed on site, learn about the historic brewing process and purchase growlers of ale to bring home! Even brew with the Brewmaster in a full day Apprenticeship.
