Feversham Gorge Conservation Area

Activities: Free Admission, Lake River Reservoir, Picnic Facilities, Hiking, Fishing, Explore the Outdoors

A hidden river meanders through a gorge with rare ferns, mosses and liverworts. The towering limestone walls will allow you a glimse of this unexplored gorge as you hike the 1.5km trail. Near the south end of the trail is a wonderful, almost Japanese-like garden created by springs seeping out of the side of the gorge. Saft mosses and grasses and the sound of bubbling water create a cool, relaxing place to stop and absorb your surroundings.
