Limehouse Conservation Area is located in Halton Hills and contains 190 acres of spectacular meadows, varied mature forests, limestone crevices and deep fissures on the Niagara Escarpment. Nestled within one of the last old growth forests in Ontario, the Bruce Trail takes visitors through the “hole in the wall” - one of nature’s glacial fissures, over beautiful Black Creek, mill remnants and past impressive lime kilns dating to the 1800s.
