With the stunning Niagara Escarpment as a backdrop, Kelso Conservation Area in Milton is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts. Activities span all four seasons, including great downhill skiing, snowboarding, tubing and a learning centre at Glen Eden. Boasting a beautiful sandy beach with lifeguarded waters, a full fleet of rental canoes, kayaks and paddle boats along with some great fishing opportunities, the waters of Kelso Lake are a favourite destination, especially in the summer months. The park is also home to an extensive trail network for hiking and mountain biking where you can explore the stunning fields and old growth forests on top of the escarpment. Numerous picnic and camping sites are also available to reserve for relaxing with family and friends.
