Join Whole Health Chelsi and special guests through this 8 week Journey to Self Love & Acceptance. This is an 8 week program ran every other week for four weeks focusing on improving our understanding of ourselves, our well-being
and expressing ourselves in our most authentic ways. Week 1 & 2: Physical Health & Mental/Emotional Health. In this week we will go through a bootcamp session, educate and learn about the importance of holistic nutrition, implementing exercise into our lives as well as learn positive self talk, effective journaling and writing affirmations. Week 3 & 4: Spiritual Health and Indulging in Nature. In this week we will get out into the woods. The intention of this week is connecting to our spirit and environment around us. We will be exploring different realms of faith, meditation and grounding through nature. Week 5 & 6: Dancing through Emotions & Using our Voice. This week we will have two special guests for primitive dance through a form of Kundalini Yoga and using our voice through singing and posture. This
will help us build confidence in expressing ourselves in our most true ways. Week 7 & 8:
Review & Goal Setting. In this week we will recap all that we have learned over the past 6 weeks and create individual strategic plans for each participant. Each plan will be
customized as different things will resonate with different people. The idea is to create short term and long term goals on how we can integrate activities from each category into our lives to enhance our health and well-being.
