Visitor Info
From South Baymouth, travel north on ON-6 for 12. 8 km and then turn left on ON-542. After 1. 4 km, turn left onto 542A, and then turn left onto Side Road 10 after 2. 5 km. Continue for 250 m, and then turn right onto Government Road. After 5. 2 km, turn left onto Michael's Bay Road and follow it for 5 km to reach Michael's Bay. The lighthouse is best viewed by boat or by hiking around the bay, but a distant view is available from the shoreline near Royal Michael's Bay restaurant. The restaurant/lodge was closed down during my visit in 2014. The lighthouse is privately owned. Grounds open, tower closed.
